Rooftop terrace with Mediterranean views, spacious and well-equipped apartments, functional and efficient kitchenette

The decor is outdated, and the poorly maintained common areas detract from the experience!!! The soundproofing is insufficient, leading to noise distractions that wouldn't be welcome after a long day!!!

Air conditioning was a lifesaver. Wi-Fi speed could use improvement.

Couldn't recommend more for a couple of nights

Comfortable bed, convenient location, well-equipped kitchenette, with a lovely balcony for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby beach and shops, along with easy access to public transport just a short walk away.

Everything was spot-on.

I really enjoyed the clean, spacious standard studio. The kitchenette had everything needed for meals, and I loved having a balcony to relax on. Air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a blessing during the heat. The rooftop terrace? Absolutely fantastic with its stunning views. I appreciated the location, just a short walk from the beach and with supermarkets like Lidl close by. the service at the front desk could be improved. Some staff members weren’t very welcoming, and I faced issues with noise from adjacent rooms. The curtain in the bathroom didn’t do a good job keeping the water in during showers. I preferred a more frequent housekeeping service during my 12-night stay. the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, but a bit more attention to those details could elevate the stay significantly.

The room was super clean, and I really appreciated the small kitchenette that made it easy to prepare quick meals. I loved unwinding by the sun terrace and enjoying the views from the rooftop with my family after a day out. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

This was just an appropriate option for a weekend break in Nice with exceptional value. The towels and toilet paper were scarce, but I enjoyed the friendly service in the lobby. they helped me get tickets for a local show. Make sure to ask for cleaning supplies upon arrival, so you don’t have to hunt them down later.

the location is great, just a short stroll to the beach, which made it easy to pop out for a swim whenever we wanted. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking and the staff was super friendly.

We stayed 2 nights and it was super nice! The rooftop terrace was fantastic, perfect for relaxing with wine at sunset. The kitchen had all the basics for a quick meal. Staff were friendly, but the check-in took a while. Loved being just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Our room was clean yet the couch was uncomfortable for sitting.

This place suits me perfectly with its air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and laundry services. The helpful staff guided me the first time I stayed, making it memorable. I highly recommend enjoying the rooftop terrace for stunning views. I'm coming back for Easter!
